Glad to be getting a refund.

I love Turbo Tax. I have been using it for years. It is so easy to use and you can always go back and make changes or corrections. You can also get more information on the section you are working on by clicking on the icons next to the area you are on.
What's great about it: So easy to use
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Worth A Million

In the three years that I have used TurboTax I have been continually impressed with the ease and convenience of the software. The efficiency with which the program has the user move through the various elements of tax preparation continues to impress me. Each step is accompanied by helpful hints and insights. In reviewing the steps that I took under the "direction" of TurboTax, I cannot think of a problem that I had in any of the components of the software.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and very helpful anyone can do it.

I actually earned less this year than last, but my refund was more! I like the way Turbo Tax goes through all the steps and explains things on the way. This is my fourth year with Turbo Tax. I think they try really hard to make everything accurate and easy.
What's great about it: Federal E-File
What's not so great: No Free State E-File

Easy to use and lots of help!

My wife and I have been using TT for over 12 years now and it only gets better. Always very easy to use, even with our complicated filing needs. LOVE IT.
What's great about it: Examples, FAQs and user answers all along the way.
What's not so great: None that I have come across.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easiest way to do taxes.

I have used Turbo Tax for many, many years and the program gets easier and easier to use every year. I like that it recalls so much info and will use it to fill in the blanks. To me, that's the main reason I use Turbo Tax,
What's great about it: Very user friendly.
What's not so great: Nothing.
