Hand holding, every step of the way....

Thank you for walking each step with me with such detail and percise patience. I feel nothing was omitted because TurboTax thought of everything! In turn, my refund exceeded my expectation...and I am 100% confident that it was processed accurately.
What's great about it: Plenty of explination options, live chat with an expert, thorough deductables, maximized refund!
What's not so great: stock, bonds and 401k's are very confusing

The IRS employs those ugly monsters that are always striving to create complicated, often contradictory tax codes, just to make our life very miserable.
Turbo Tax seems to be on our side to ease the pain of filing those dreaded tax forms, great job Turbo Tax!
Maybe they should hire your people to rewrite the codes? (Yeah, only in a perfect world)

Thorough but easy

Keep up the good work, great program.
Include a filing for state refund through e-file would make this a better program. I would pay a little more for this feature.

Another great year

Turbo Tax made our taxes easy as usual for 2012. Got married this year and the software made all the adjustments and got us a great refund. Will definitely buy again next year.
What's great about it: easily did our taxes in under an hour

Love TurboTax!!!

I love how easy TurboTax has made this years taxes. They have updated the GUI and I really liked it better than other years.
What's great about it: Easy to use and things straight!!
What's not so great: They wouldn't let me claim the federal government as a dependent.
