Turbo Tax has always helped me get thru this crazy time of season. I have used it since 2006 and I won't use anything else.
What's great about it: Gave me exactly what I needed to fill out my refund

Really Easy

Fantastic software. Easy to use - I need extreme hand holding through my taxes and Turbo Tax does the job.
What's great about it: Thorough questions. Easy to understand.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use. reasonably priced. Step by step directions. Step by step forms. If you have used Turbo Tax in the past it will remember and transfer needed info for the new years filing. It automatically transfers info to your state forms.
What's great about it: The program remembers and imports neeeded info. Step by step instructions. Step by step for filling out forms.
What's not so great: It can be confusing if you have to go back to double check previous steps. It can be easy to lose your place

My 10th year or so using Turbo Tax. It helps that it is consistent from year to year.
What's great about it: Step by step works well for me.
What's not so great: Stock option required extra research

2012 TurboTax Review

I really like the turbo tax software. The ability to import the data to fill out the majority of the return is great. Very simple and easy to use.
The one thing I had trouble with is the inability to e-file my state return. It said I had an entry that prohibited me from efiling the state, when there was no such entry. I ended up filing on the state website, but I had to re-fill out the forms that were already completed in the TT software.
The fact that TT did the state forms did make it easier, but I would have liked to have been able to e-file and be done.
What's great about it: Very easy, quick to run through, simple to understand
What's not so great: Couldn't e-file state for bogus reason, ended up filing elsewhere.

It's just that easy

I've been using turbo tax for several years now and it seems to get easier every year. With easy to follow promptings and well organized helps along the way I an very pleased with the way turbo tax takes the stress and anxiety out of "doing" my taxes because turbo tax basically is like having my tax man right here with me doing my taxes.
