I have used Turbo tax for 5+ years. It is clear, consise and very easy to use. High quality product.

2012 Taxes

I found the High Deductible Health Insurance/HSA instructions and questions to be lacking. Very confusing. Especially because I don't think all businesses have a handle on how to report it on a W2. Many occassions, companies put in 75% of a high deductible plan or less, the employee has the option of adding to that through weekly, biweekly or monthly payroll deductions. TT doesn't handle that well. I had to delete a return three times this year to get past a bug in TT creating a Schedule C even though there was no business income/expenses/deductions. I have used TT for years, but this year may have me looking for a new software. I know this was a difficult year due to Govt delays but you should wait to send out a product until quality control tests it thoroughly!
What's great about it: Asks the right questions.
What's not so great: Many bugs this year!

So easy to use! Even my husband could have used it

I think I started using TurboTax in 1993. That means I've been using it for ten years with no problems. Why use any thing else .
What's great about it: Very clear instructions.
What's not so great: I'm an accountant at heart and it didn't give me enough work to do.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
