I love that Turbo Tax comes thru for me year after year. It's so easy to use. Questions guide you to ensure best refund possible. The updates and error checks makes completion a snap.
I have however been experiencing a slight problem filing my daughters return. I keep getting a repeated error indicating the EIN is incorrect when it is. Hope to resolve soon.

What's not so great: Have to pay for state return fileing. If I use the stae site - its free. Hassle doing both. Turbo Tax state should be fr

Good product. Use every year. Would like the initial purchase to include one state plus federal.
What's great about it: All information transferred. All calculations provided.
What's not so great: Would like more control. Would like to see forms.

I love the way the computer walks you through everything. It is much easier than the old paper way of doing your taxes (plus it finds things that you might have missed).

Quick and easy. Walks through each step, which can really help whith deductions I hadn't thought of. Also reminds me of income I didn't remenber, hate that, but who wants a suprise later.

Why Did I Wait Till The Last Week

I dread doing my tax return every year, therefore I wait till the last week before starting them. I was pleasantly surprised this year to see how easy it has become. The directions where the easy to read and understand. When I needed to stop and go do something else, the program keeps all the info I had already entered. I was able to review everything I had entered at any time. I'm glad I choose Turbo Tax again this year. Next year I will not dread the task of filing.
What's great about it: Easy to read and understand
What's not so great: Should have a list of possible info needed before you start.

I have used this program for years now and even when I double checked it with another program, my refunds have always been higher with Turbo Tax
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: didn't find anything I didn't like about the program
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
