Peace of Mind

Simply, Turbo Tax gives me peace of mind. I answer straight forward questions, get help if I need it. Don't have to calculate myself and can get audit defense. Year-to-year carry-forward of information very helpful. Can't beat it, and trust no other product.
What's great about it: So easy to answer straightforward questions and get help if needed.

Overall it was easy to use, but I would like an explaination when something does not apply. (Perhaps on a mouse over)

What's not so great: I would like an explaination when I do not qualify for something. (MN Child care credit)

Overall it was very simple to do, excellent instruction on what to look for and what to enter
What's great about it: so easy to do was done in 2 nights

2012 made easy

running the return was awesome trying to print was another story. Could get the preview but would not print in English. saved to my desktop I finally gave up on printing,

Easy and uncomplicated

The latest version of Turbo Tax (2012) was seemingly easier to understand than previous versions. The questions and forms to fill out were fairly easy to follow. I was able to do my taxes in a short time. Granted our tax profile is not complicated. We have a mortgage, we filed a married joint return, we have no additional schedule c info, we do have investments, but we had no withdrawals from retirement accounts.
What's great about it: easy to understand
What's not so great: Ifelt I needed more information than what was supplied.

I've been an Accountant for private companies for many years and I'm very impressed with Turbo Tax. Every year they make changes to streamline and simplify it for the user.

Over the years, I have used several tax programs, and my favorite is Turbotax Deluxe. An exceptionally good program, very easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use with references and help at your finger tip

Awesome experience at Tax Time

Using TurboTax is so easy that almost anyone can use the step by step system. And, if you need to go back and make changes, it's a piece of cake; just go back, enter the new data, and the system does all the calculation changes for you. Totally worth the price of the package.
What's great about it: Simple to follow the steps and get all the details included the first time.
What's not so great: Wish there were more than 5 free efiles. My family is growing.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
