I had to contact support to complete my filing. The software had a bit of a hitch. The expert I got on the line with was able to troubleshoot my issue and solve it through their importing or viewing a snapshot of my return(identifying information blocked) while I continued to finish the returns! WOW!
It took her a while to complete my review but she was patient and able to walk me through the forms and the error check until it was free of errors.
What's great about it: Excellent options for resources using the software. Troubleshooting for live experts excellent
What's not so great: A little difficult to remove errors
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax makes filing almost pleasurable and mostly painless-remember it is filing taxes we're talking about here!

I will use TurboTax year after year!
What's great about it: User friendly, whether first time or repeat user
What's not so great: First time users may need help with list of what info they need to gather beforehand

Always a Pleasure

I was able to get through filing taxes for both my wife and myself in a little over an hour. Turbo Tax makes filing taxes an easy process. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone filing basic taxes.
What's great about it: Ease of Use, Quick
What's not so great: Unsure of Cutoffs

I have been using Turbo Tax for I guess about 10 years and it gets better every year. And my return never seems straight forward. But Turbo tax steps me through it pretty well. Especially this year since I got divorced last year and had to file differently this year. I cant afford to go to a place to have them prepared for me so I really like using Turbo Tax. Oh, and I really appreciated being able to download my Limited Partnership information. That's great.
What's great about it: The intuitive interface and nice layout of the screens.
What's not so great: A couple of time when I clicked "back" it went back too far. Not that big of a deal though.
