Super Speedy and Superb!!

TurboTax was great and made my experience was painless. Everything was easy to understand, while ensuring I was getting my maximum return.
What's great about it: It showed me how much longer I had left, constantly had my current return total on top, and easy to understand!
What's not so great: Nothing, was quick and easy and to the point.

In the past, I have completed my taxes using this program and then also had a tax consultant prepare my taxes to see who would be able to provide the best refund only to find they were both about the same. The only drawback I experience is when trying to jump around the return to fill in missing pieces it can get confusing. Regardless, I would highly recommend this program especially for those of you who would like to see your return amount increase/decrease with every factor that is calculated. It really helps in making better tax affected choices for the future years.
What's great about it: You can see how various factors like mortgage interest, donations, interest income, VLF, etc. affect the return amount.
What's not so great: Can be confusing at times when trying to jump back to specific questions.

It was really easy until the end. I was confused because I needed to update and didn't know how. Also, now I want to file my state and federal separate and I'm unsure how. But the other things were good.
What's great about it: simple
What's not so great: sometimes confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have used turbotax for many years and so far has had no problem with my taxes.
What's great about it: Self explanatory
What's not so great: Uses too much information from previous tax years even if circumstances have changed.

Great refund this year

I have a newborn, and not a lot of time - once I had all my forms together, doing the return just took a couple hours. So easy to do - thanks turbo tax.

It is easy to use the software and it is straight forward to understand for the most part.

I have been using TurboTax since 2004. It is pretty easy though I missed entering a mortgage interest deduction once. Seems like the program could ask a question like “you claimed a mortgage deduction last year, did you mean to skip it this year” or something like that.
What's great about it: Quick
What's not so great: Reviewing entries can be confusing
