Easy as pie

Turbo Tax is fast and the easiest way to prepare and file federal and state taxes. I've been using Turbo Tax since 2007 tax return. Economically, Turbo Tax is much more cheaper than having a service prepare your taxes and they provide a guarantee. Thanks Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Easy to follow and understand
What's not so great: Better explanation for Job expense deductions

This was my first time filing. Turbo Tax was really easy to use and the explanations were clear.
What's great about it: Easy to use and clear.
What's not so great: None yet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I liked the product and by using last years tax papers for guidance, I saw that TurboTax was very easy to use.
What's great about it: walks you through all forms
What's not so great: had to manually do my business forms

Painless Refund

Do not put a number for the time the updates takes other than that a very good program
What's great about it: Once all the updates are in it is somewhat painless
What's not so great: Update times??? NEVER 3 Minutes or less more like 10 minutes and I am a broadband user.

I have used Turbo Tax for the past three years. I saved on tax preparation fees, travel, and I am very happy with my returns.
What's great about it: step by step instructions
What's not so great: initial documents & help pages are smallest font

Keeps My Tax Filing Simple

I don't dread doing my taxes each year because I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and I know that the product will guide me through my tax return with little effort on my part. Turbo Tax walks me through any new tax law changes that I may not fully understand. Also I enjoy the fact that I do not have to enter personal information for my family thanks to Turbo Tax loading the information from the previous year. The same goes for my W2 information. In summary, Turbo Tax is like having a knowledgeable assistant to do the grunt work to get my tax return ready for filing. Turbo Tax is my friend.
What's great about it: Loading last year's tax return info.
What's not so great: Having to pay state filing fee, should be covered within Turbo Tax.

I used to have a tax attorney do my taxes (he was a relative and so inexpensive to me) but when I discovered he simply ran the numbers through "TurboTax" I thought: I can do that! And I can!
What's great about it: ease of navigation, accuracy, takes specific circumstances into account very well

Weekend Getaway from TURBOTAX!

This year our refund is financing a long needed vacation for my wife and me. I can feel the warm breeze, taste the cool drinks and savor the lack of stress now.
