Yay Turbo Tax!

I'm so glad that Turbo Tax is easy to use! Getting the paperwork together is more stressful than actually using Turbo Tax. Great product.

Fair and Honest

In all honesty, I don't dread tax time as I once did. Turbo Tax is easy to navigate, the guide makes sure I didn't overlook anything, and if for some reason I didn't keep one item and have to go look for it, TurboTax lets me come back in 5 minutes or 5 days and finish up the file.
Filing is easy and whether I have a refund or have to pay like this year ( and last) it is convenient and simple.
Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: This is my 13th year and it just keeps getting simpler.
What's not so great: Not having every financial institute on drop-down menu

Headache free

I love using Turbo Tax because it is easy to plug in all my information and they take care of all the details. Without a thorough knowledge of current tax laws, I love being able to just put all the information into the system and it calculates everything for me. I work out of my house, have investements and many deductions, and this makes doing taxes painless! If you haven't used Turbo Tax...you should give it a try!

Straightened Out My Business!

I've been using TurboTax for over a decade now. I used to collect all the IRS manuals, forms & instructions. I would study like I was cramming for finals. Once satisfied, I would prepare my own taxes. TurboTax changed all that! It has done all the work for me, every year, and I still have well-meaning but know-it-all friends who brag about the deduction, etc, their "tax man" found for them each year. Guess what . . . TurboTax has ALWAYS been there-done that for me.
What's great about it: Step by Step helped me figure out how to deal with my new business.
What's not so great: Once I went back to review some things, rather than filing, the display screens stopped showing my City return results.

It is annoying to have to page down on each page to get to the continue button
It is annoying to have payment coupons come up when printing forms when i didnt ask for them

What's great about it: easy to use - straightforward
What's not so great: It doesnt all fit on one page, always have to page down to get to the continue button; don't like the ''coupons"

I've used TurboTax for more than 10 years. Makes doing taxes simple. They cover everything but I wish I could skip through more of the stuff that doesn't pertain to me.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Too many questions about things that don't affect me.
