Turbo Tax first timer....

This is the first year I have used Turbo Tax and I will never go back!! All the difficulties I have found in my use of other tax software are gone with Turbo Tax. The software pulled in my previous year tax information (which was with a different system), which was fantastic! Previously I used the same software a few years in a row....they couldn't even do that for me. Plus, I used your online chat feature and was able to talk to a representative that helped me greatly. Thank you!
What's great about it: User friendliness of the program
What's not so great: pay for state e-file
Pros: I moved, I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Best Tax Software

Turbo Tax makes the process simple for the average person who does not have the time or money to invest in a professional who charges a "boatload" to do your taxes.
What's great about it: Very Easy and Complete Tax Software
What's not so great: none

Smooth sailing

I've been using Turbo Tax for three years now- it takes much of the stress out of number crunching and figuring out the more technical stuff. I like how my information was saved from last year and allowed a quicker, smoother filing.
What's great about it: "what is this?" quick info snapshots, instant access to live help
What's not so great: I'd like to see the price come down another $10-$20
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Will always use Turbo Tax

13th year using Turbo Tax , would not use anything else. It is so Easy to use. I have always used the online program and this year I bought the program due to 4 people in the family needing to file separate returns and that way I we saved a lot of money and it was just as easy to use the disc as the online propgram
