What's great about it: It included the 8839 form for the Adoption Credit!

Overall I really like turbo tax for completing/processing and filing my federal and state taxes....I've used Turbo Tax for many years now, and through many various and complex situations, and Turbo Tax always comes through!
What's great about it: fed information from last year and the entire process is very orderly
What's not so great: When even a simple (logistical) question does come up, it is very difficult and time consuming to reach help
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2012 Tax. Its that easy

Makes doing taxes easy and super fast. I have been using it for about 10 years, maybe more. It has been so long I can't remember. The cd shows up every year. Just put it in the computer and there you go, easy.
What's great about it: Super easy, you just need to know how to read

I am fed up with Turbo Tax. I don't know If I willl consider it next year. I had a really bad experience using Turbo Tax 2012.
What's great about it: I don't know I still have to mail in my returns?
What's not so great: You ask way too many times to print, and not all Prints even if you select all.

This will be the last year I will purchase and use Turbo Tax. Every year I want to have the choice to cancel the automatic renewal, but somehow I never get notified...so I will cancel the auto renewal this time...as nice and easy as it is, it costs, then to e-file it costs again, and again...
What's great about it: Thorough, detailed, feels like you don't miss a thing
What's not so great: Pay too much then when you file they want to charge you an extra fee to efile for you...ridiculous!

In general, I've used Turbo Tax now for 4 or 5 years and it just keeps getting better. Haven't even wanted to switch to another product. keep up the great worl!
What's great about it: very easy, loved all the links to click on to explain things; loved the easy guide option
What's not so great: no cons except at the end, it got caught in a loop after it reviewed it
