TurboTax makes sure that a change on one form gets reflected on all related forms. That is the single biggest plus to TurboTax. Also, provides enough answers and help to know if I'm missing anything.
What's great about it: made sense; was efficient use of my time
What's not so great: nothing!

Best Tax Program Available; Could Still Be Better

I've used TurboTax for years. For "walk-you-through-it" simplicity, nothing else even comes close. So for 95% of you, I say, without reservation: Buy this program! If you're in a Registered Domestic Partnership or same-gender marriage, TurboTax is probably still the best option. However, be prepared to enter much of the same data twice, and to manually delete adjustments you made to your individual Federal returns to accommodate differences in State and Federal tax laws. Intuit has failed to identify and "flag" these entries, or to enable transfer of information from both individual returns into a single "mock" joint Federal return. It really shouldn't be that difficult, and while this deficiency doesn't affect most users, it's a black mark on what would otherwise be a near-flawless program.
What's great about it: "Walks-you-through-it" ease of use.
What's not so great: Inadequate information transfer when preparing returns for same-gender married couples or RDPs.

Terific Turbo Tax

I use Turbo Tax each year and I love how it auto prefills from the previous year, it saves so much time! I also love all the explainations you get for each form and section.
What's great about it: Walked through each section and explained what it was about.
What's not so great: None

I have been using Turbotax for at least the past 15 years and it just keeps getting better. Ease of navigating around the returns is much simpler than it has ever been. Keep up the great work Intuit!

My experience with TurboTax

Process was clear with enough guidance. It was a real pleasure experience for two reasons:
1 ) Preparation was as easy as 1, 2, 3,
2 ) I got a big return
