Great product! supportive and easy to prepare

Overall a great product, I dont have many forms that I need to fill out and it is the best thing for me at this time in my life. They offer support and it is very easy, they give you all the forms that you will need to have just by going through and answering the questions I was done in about an hour!
What's great about it: answer questions and it fills out required forms for you!
What's not so great: constanly have to update before picking up where you left off

Great product!

We have been using Turbo Tax since 1995 and it has saved us hours of frustration. We use Turbo Tax Deluxe and it has everything we need for doing the taxes for our personal and small business. Without Turbo Tax I would have to get and accountant to do my taxes
What's great about it: Turbo Tax helps me see all of the deductions possible.

Consistant quality through the years

I have used Turbo Tax products for at least 10 yrs now. I have never had any problems with the software or difficulties understanding the tax filing process as presented by this program. I love that it gives me recommendations but leaves all final decisions to me. I am a loyal customer because it is such a good product that there is no need to try anything else.
What's great about it: Simple, step by step instructions. Easy to understand. Quality product.
What's not so great: Wish it was less expensive.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Still too much scrolling

When in "explore mode" whenever you're done with a section it brings you back to the top of the selection screen. Example, deductions. The screen scrolls way down... when you're working the bottom items the software should remember where on the main selection page you were when it brings you back so you don't have to scroll down and hunt for where you left off. I made this same suggestion last year.
What's great about it: same old "turbo tax"
What's not so great: too much scrolling

I have been using turbo tax since 2004. I cannot imagine using any other method to complete my taxes and those of my children.

Easy Peasy

Worked great. I felt confident along the way that I was preparing my taxes correctly and that TurboTax was checking my progress the whole time. Felt like I had a safety net!
What's great about it: Step by Step. Gave you "What's This?" explanations. Easy to use.
What's not so great: Didn't know I had to pay for State filing until the end of the program.

Excellent, year after year!

For all the years I have used TurboTax, the success I get from using the software year after year only serves to convince me that the TurboTax people know their stuff!
What's great about it: Tax info gets easier to find year after year!
