I've used Turbo Tax for 7 years now. It is easy to use and save you money not having to have a third party preparer do you taxes.

Simple program to use. Year after year has provided a complete analysis of my taxes. I feel confident that my refund is maxed out based on the information that I have provided, based on what TurboTax has asked for.
What's great about it: It is a very simple, intuitive program to follow. I have been using it for years.
What's not so great: Nothing at this time.

I have been using TurboTax for 18 years and haven't had a problem filing my taxes, yet. Every year I depend on the program to get my taxes filed in the most efficient manner.

I havebeen using Turbo Tax; I believe from its inception. I have found it very concise and easyto use
It makes summarizing charitable deductions and investments easy
What's great about it: consistant year over year
What's not so great: some forms were a little difficult to get to directly

Made it simple again..

Wouldn't try to do my taxes old school as I did for many years prior to Turbo Tax. It's bad it so much easier and less time consuming.
What's great about it: The walk through always keeps you on your toes as to things that might get missed and it makes you think.
What's not so great: Finding the correct instruction for the item your having problems with.
