Great even when you have to pay

I have used Turbo Tax software for many years and would recommend it to anyone that I talk too. It is easy to use and offers a free service online for easy filers.
What's great about it: Ease of use and help complete my taxes 1 2 3 easy
What's not so great: I have to pay IRS.

Still Trying to Get It Right

Turbo Tax is a dependable tax program that I have used for over 20 years. Intuit keeps "upgrading" and "modifying" the tax questions with each yearly software release. But I continue to have problems with Turbo Tax accounting for paid Estimated Taxes each year. The questions and format changes and for the last several years I have completed the tax questions with no listed contributions to Estimated Taxes for either Federal or State. It was only because I knew I had to see Estimated Tax contributions and I didn't, that I went back and basically entered those by hand. With over 20 years of Turbo Tax entries, I would think Intuit would get right for once. Please make the questions for Estimated Taxes Paid more clear.
Nevertheless, I will continue to use Turbo Tax because it has all my Investment houses preformatted in the data sheets. And, I know that the calculations done by Intuit will be correct. They have never failed in that.
What's great about it: Easy answer approach to completing taxes
What's not so great: Questions change each year, so things get dropped

Quick, Thourough & Efficient

Have been using the product for years and always find it to be simple to use and covers all areas. It's great how it always seems to get me those extra deductions that I was not aware of. Got through tax preparation in very short time. Don't need to be a tax expert, they've figured it all out for you.

We use Turbo Tax every year. The software finds all of our necessary info and fills out most of the forms for us. I love it.
What's great about it: Just fill in the numbers and you're done

Beyond Expectations

I was expecting to have to pay federal and state taxes. Was very to receive and refund. Was also very pleased with the medical expenses section, and was actually able to use the deduction instead of standard deduction.
What's great about it: I received a much larger refund than I anticipated
What's not so great: Nothing
