all in all this was the easiest tax filing year, answers were right there for you and very well organized
What's great about it: answers easy to get to
What's not so great: medical deduction were alittle confusing

Gettin' Er Done!

This is my 5th year using Turbo Tax and I love it to death. It asks a question...I answer the question. how simple is that? And, I have the flexibility of taking a break and returning to where I stopped working. It's easy to print a copy of any tax sheet for review at any time during preparation, AND.. E-filing is wonderful, fast and FREE!! I get a text message telling me that my return has been accepted and my refund magically appears in the bank. SIGH...I'm in LOVE with TURBO TAX!!
What's great about it: I'm terrible at math and this product takes away the need to be an "accountant".
What's not so great: Some of the questions are a little confusing and have to be read multiple times.

Have used Turbo Tax since I got married almost 15 yrs ago- gives me total confidence that my returns are correct. Have used the most basic up to the combined home and business. Like the walk throughs. The 401K walkthrough for verifying you basis is still a little confusing. Will always use this service.
What's great about it: Easy- Like Audit warning
What's not so great: Investment part confusing

Simplified my life!

Extremely user friendly. I have used Turbo Tax for several years now. Prior to this, I tried other leading tax software programs, and none of them compared to Turbo Tax. Quite simply: I believe Turbo Tax is, unequivically, the best of the best.
What's great about it: Exceptionally user friendly.
What's not so great: I honest can't think of any negatives. The software is outstanding in every respect.

Confident feeling with results

Came back to TurboTax after using H&R Block software last year....and was very glad I did. The few dollars more I spent for TurboTax was more than paid off by the more user-friendly and understandable/logical step-by-step format, fully supported by helpful resources (like professional expert & direct IRS tax law guidance) on virtually every topic. Superb State tax software mad filing a breeze, and gave me a confidence that my taxes were done right and provided the best refund I could get.
What's great about it: Thorough step-by-step questions, Topic Help, Error checks, Audit risk check
What's not so great: Product cost, Some confusion over terms (but help/support readily available)
