Saved my sanity

Filing taxes generally causes great stress and anxiety, but Turbo Tax made this year's taxes easy at a fraction of what we paid a tax professional last year. Thanks for saving my sanity!
What's great about it: Love that this uses language I could understand and had links with examples that I could click on if I needed to.
What's not so great: Didn't like having to scroll down the page after each section was completed.

Makes Life So Much Easier!!

It took me a while to finally buy Turbo Tax a few years ago. I am a numbers person so totally wanted to do it myself and felt like I was cheating myself by using a database tool!!! Well, I finally caved and am so glad I did. It just makes it so much easier to not have to do manual calculations. I also have learned quite a bit that I may not have necessary realized because I wasn't reading the entire booklet. Turbo Tax points out items to look for, etc.
So I'm hooked Turbo Tax and am an annual buyer now!!! Thanks!
What's great about it: Walks You Through It
What's not so great: It doesn't have all my records memorized - LOL...

Ready for Refund!

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and for one reason ... it's easy to use and understand in simple terms and has explanations. I love that it carries forward info and pre-fills in forms and info. The e-file is great!
What's great about it: Easy to follow and understand

easy filing

This is my second time using turbo tax. It was helpful in finding me all kinds of deductions that i have missed in the past. However, this time around a made an error on my imputing my w-2s and turbo tax didn't catch it. I had to find a tax expert to look at my return to see where i went wrong. It would have been a costly mistake if i had filed it with the error.
What's great about it: step by step instructions
What's not so great: made an error that i couldn't figure out that could have cost me money. Had to take it to a tax expert to figure it out,

Turbo Tax 10th year

I have used turbo tax for 10 years and I am completely satisfied. I used another product to file my son's tax return and was not as happy with the product or ease of use. Turbo Tax is the best. It walks me through all of the steps and makes it easy to complete my federal, state and city tax returns.
What's great about it: Fast, easy and effective
What's not so great: None that I can think of

I just kind of guessed at employer zip since my income was from social security and navy retirement, so I used the DFAS address info.
What's not so great: Just before E Filing asked for employers and my ZIP and State.
