Peace of Mind

I used the well known prepare service for many years. I started a small business and had a local Lady prepare them until she retired. I went back to the standard prepare house and knew something was wrong. I asked my retired prepare Lady for advise and she said Turbo Tax. I got $600 more by using it. I could not get the money back from the other house but I still made out in the long run. Turbo Tax asks the right questions and makes it very difficult to make a mistake.
What's great about it: Easy to follow walk through instructions
What's not so great: Extra charges at the end but I expect them now
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to Use - Excellent Format

Turbo Tax is professionally developed but easy to use. It directs you through the program step by step so you don't miss a single deduction. I've used Turbo Tax for years for myself as well as for my clients!

quick and easy

from beginning to end the program has clear directions and questions. if further detail is needed there are links to get more information on the topics. i find turbo tax a professional and detail oriented product that almost takes the pain out of filing taxes. fishy50
What's great about it: detailed questions easy to understand and answer
What's not so great: i have used this product in the past and have not found any cons

Good Software Package

The software is really easy to use but the review issues are not that easy to fix especially when they come from a worksheet. It's hard to trace it back to where it was entered. Overall, it's a good software package and I will use it again next year.
What's great about it: It was easy to use.
What's not so great: Wasn't easy fixing the problems in the review.

I was pleased that I was finally able to do two states including Wisconsin. It was fairly easy to fill out forms and got back more than expected.
