I have used Turbo Tax for years and never had a problem. It is a great tool to use!

Made it easy

Liked how easy it was to flip between Forms and EasyStep. Returning to EasyStep, I was taken to the screen I had just left. As I recall, some past years, I'd be taken back to the beginning of the section I'd left. Greatly appreciated improvement.
Might be just me, but I had a bit of a round-about trying to print for review before e-filing.
What's great about it: EasyStep returned to the very page where I'd left off
What's not so great: Final "print for review" screen was not as intuitive as I would have liked.

Love TurboTax!!

I have relied on TurboTax to help me with my taxes for the last several years. I wouldn't do them any other way! It's so user friendly, and the detailed questions give me confidence that I'm not missing anything on my taxes. Thank you, TurboTax!
What's great about it: So easy to use, and helpful with detailed questions.
What's not so great: Can't think of any cons.

Extremely helpful product!

Without TurboTax, I would not be able to prepare my taxes myself. I appreciate that the process is step by step, that I can flag a topic to return to that section, that I can check FAQs for troubleshooting, and that I feel confident in the final result when I submit my taxes.
What's great about it: Walked through every step with detailed explanations
What's not so great: Well, I still had to do my taxes

Better Than a Pro

Overall TurboTax is worth more than the purchase price. Having filed for a few years with a Pro that did home visits, I always felt they were missing possible deductions. TurboTax may take a little more effort because you do it yourself, but that's exactly the reason why its better. Those Pros never seem to ask the same questions that TurboTax presents, to help minimize your payments and Maximize your return.
What's great about it: I can do "what if" type of entries to see how a certain deduction or expense would have affected this years taxes
What's not so great: Some areas are not worded well. Things like Home Energy Credits took a long time to figure out.

Easy, easy, easy!

I will never file taxes on my own again! TurboTax makes the tedious process so much easier! Program helps you locate mistakes and omissions you might otherwise miss.
What's great about it: step-by-step process makes it easy to complete; finds errors and missed entries I might never have found;

Having the information on past returns transferred to current forms is very helpful makes doing the return easy and fast. The help (explain this)sections are thorough and complete.
What's great about it: Explainations thorough, easy navigation
What's not so great: confusing state filing instruction sheet
