Rocking and Rolling Tax Refund

This was my first time using TurboTax and it turned my fear of completing my taxes into a breeze!
What's great about it: The double checks and quickness
What's not so great: Wish there was search capabilities to file specific tax forms

What's great about it: Optioins on how to proceed through the process and compare to last year
What's not so great: E-file PIN info needs some clarification

I tell everyone that they can use it, too. If you have all the data handy, it is so easy to fill in the blanks. Just answer the questions.
Thanks Turbo Tax. Don't ever stop providing this program for me.
What's great about it: TT reminds you of anything you might have forgotten. It's like it is sitting next to me and says, "oops, you forgot."
What's not so great: No cons.

Great Experience with Turbo Tax

Have used Turbo Tax for 10+ years. It just couldn't be easier. I would recommend to everyone.
What's great about it: easy to use and carries info from year to year
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

didn't like having the payment process for the state return always timing out ....frustrating!!!!!!!
What's great about it: easy to read and follow program
What's not so great: had trouble filing state, at it for days :-((((

For the price you have to pay for the software, at least 1 complete filing (federal and state) should be free to e-file, but it is not. You only get a few free federal e-files and that is because other software offers it free as well, not for that you would pay as much to e-file as you do for the software or more.
What's great about it: Helps you get bigger refund
What's not so great: You have to pay more just e-file your state taxes

I've used TurboTax for probably ten years now, and can't imagine tax time any easier. Never been audited, so they must be doing something right !!
What's great about it: Easy to use. Guides and Help work well.
What's not so great: Fee for State e-file
