Loved it
What's great about it: Great tool esp when you get it multiple years in a row. Saves time.
What's not so great: Have not found any unless the return is very complicated.

Another great refund!

This is the 5th year we have used Turbo Tax and we will use it next year. It gets us better refunds than the accountant we used to use and I can finish our taxes in one sitting rather than waiting weeks to get them back.
What's great about it: Easy to use, step by step guidance, Good price and reliability.

Good Guidance, still charges for state E-File

The general flow is nice, and there is plenty of help and decent guidance. However, it charges to state E-File.
What's great about it: Decent help, and nice features for importing
What's not so great: Can't believe they charge for State EFile

Super Fast and Easy

Makes taxes a breeze every year! I've used Turbo Tax for several years now and can't imagine using anything else again. The options and user interface make doing your taxes so easy.
What's great about it: Methodical but easy walkthrough

Excellent software. Easy to understand and use. Answers are available for almost any question. Have been a TurboTax user for over 15 years.
What's great about it: Takes the guesswork out of understanding your filing obligations.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I DID IT ~ YEA!!

On April 17th I'll be celebrating my birthday ~ I'll be 78. My son, bless his sweet heart, insisted that I try TurboTax this year. I approached the chore with much fear and trepidation but much to my delight the program was very user friendly (with a little encouragement from the two Consumer Service people I talked with on the phone.) They deserve stars in their crowns for being so kind and patient with me ~ I just felt like a friend was helping me. I've been dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century only to discover it's a great place to be ~~~ thanx! :)
What's great about it: The customer service folks were fantastic!!
What's not so great: The first phone connection was almost impossible to hear but I didn't want to hang up and wait another 45 to 60 minutes.
