Easy to use

This is the first time I have had a problem printing a return with Turbo Tax. If I am unable to resolve this issue as much as I like this program this will be my last time using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use imports are great
What's not so great: Unable to printe return

This is my 4th year using Turbo Tax and I have never been disappointed in the ease of use. They will be my source of tax assistance as long as were both around. Thanks

not sure i did the international stock input correctly. forms from the stock company did not match the questions in turbo tax.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: the foreign tax on my international stock was confusing and difficult to accomplish.

Easy to use but - does not provide detailed look

I would like to be able to see the numbers at an itemized level for all entries during the preparation process.
For instance on my 1099R, I could not see the various entries and how the the program was using them. The same is true for itemized deductions.

I am glad I have an option not to do this on my own. It is very helpful for me to have a guide to follow so I don't forget anything. It helped get the money my family deserve to have after working so hard the whole year.

it asked me questions and I just had to answer them. easy!! If I didn't understand, there were little help buttons that would give me more info on what was being asked.

Turbo Tax makes the painful process of filing tax returns easy. I used to spend $350-450 each year for tax preparation. So I'm saving money -- and lots of stress and hassle! I would recommend this service to anyone!
