I hate doing taxes. At least with turbo I can get them done wearing my Pj's and leasening to the oldies.

Great product, the first time I've ever done my own taxes and it was a great experience. A few of the questions were a little tricky for me to answer but I got through it with no problem.

This product is so easy I am glad that we used it. Having to use unique nickname to submit this form.
What's great about it: liked being able to import my previous years data.
What's not so great: last minute updates

Greatly needed refund

the whole process is very easy. just answer the questions. if you don't understand the question, then there is an explanation right there. the help did not answer my question. i had to go to the IRS guide for the answer.
What's great about it: quick and easy

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years. Its convenient from year to year to have previous years information carried over. Its user friendly and the pull down explaination boxes helps make the walk through process a breeze.
What's great about it: transferring previous years info

Have used TurboTax for over 25 years. Am very impressed with the annual improvements that are made. Don't know why someone would be suckered in on a "free filing" software.
Keep up the great work.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and has all the answers one needs to file an accurate return
What's not so great: Would like the "Continue" button to be in the same location
