Pretty Good, Far from Perfect

The flow could be more transparent and the HELP start at a less technical level.
I want to know ahead of time where in the flow I expect to link to my brokerage for details? How do I enter some interest manually but link to others from my Broker?
After I link to It's Deductible for Charitable Contributions, where and how do I enter non-cash contributions?
What is the relationship between a TDA at work and an IRA?

What's great about it: The straightforward stuff is covered pretty well, and most nooks and crannies are explored.
What's not so great: There are a couple of places where I found it hard to maneuver or know what you meant.

Turbocharged My Refund!

I've used TurboTax for years now and with each year, they continue to improve the process. They ask the right questions, provide the guidance when needed, and offer all the right suggestions to get the most refund possible. With the addition of It's Deductible, there is no need to use any other tool or software. Thanks TurboTax for another successful tax filing.
What's great about it: Easy to follow along instructions.
What's not so great: Wish the State Product was free as well.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax is the only thing I use to do my yearly tax return. It's simple to follow and as long as you have all your information handy, it goes in quick.

Super Easy, Super Fast

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years now and every year it gets more comprehensive and easier to use. It is extremely user friendly and I feel like it covers every possible scenario for deductions. I also feel like it doesn't let do something I'm not supposed to. I also get my refund super fast!
What's great about it: I love Turbo Tax because it walks you through every step in detail. It's like having your own accountant.
What's not so great: Haven't found anything yet I don't like.

Program was good. However, I had trouble loading it. Updates did not work the first two times I tried. Filing the return involved some frustrating moments including some items that were not checked that should have been included in creating the return. I have used TurboTax for many years, and this year had the most frustrations.
What's great about it: Program operated smoothly once I got it loaded
What's not so great: I had trouble loading, and updates did not work the first time.

I have continue to use Turbo Tax every year and amazes me how easier is getting to fill my return. I will definitely advise others to use it!!!
What's great about it: Excellent software, easy to follow through.

I use turbo tax all the time and am totally satisfied. It has all the answers to tax question. It guide you through the entire return.
What's great about it: Accurate, Easy
What's not so great: None
