I was very impressed with this program. Will definitely use it again and would reccommend to anyone who asked.
What's great about it: Easy to use, instructions extremely clear, made filing taxes with my busy college schedule quick and easy.

Superb as always!

This year, special kudos go to Rebecca (and Ben) in the online chat support center. I have never used this support before, and was pleased to make contact with a real person. Rebecca was prepared with an answer as soon as we connected, and when I needed further assurance, she sought out a second opinion. The answer didn't help me as far as saving more money, but when we were done I was confident that I had the right answer.
Also, I love how TurboTax calculates all the worksheets and makes credit comparisons for me.
What's great about it: Easy Peasy Guide
What's not so great: Any cons are really the fault of the IRS, not TurboTax

Never Cease to Impress Me - Easy yet Accurate

I feel confident that I'm covering all bases when using Turbo Tax since I know that it's been reviewed by accountants and all tax prep pro. I've been using it for 5 years now. I used to pay for our tax preparation but when I tried to prepare ours for the first time years ago using TurboTax, I found out that our accountant isn't so reliable afterall, with all the deductions she missed and incorrect fillings done. Since then, I sticked to doing it myself.
What's great about it: Very Intuitive
What's not so great: Service charge for paying by credit card

Using Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax makes doing your taxes so simple. It helps you along every step of the way. It tells you what you need to double check.
What's great about it: Easy, Step by Step procedures, checks everything for you
What's not so great: When it shows you a form it wants you to fill it, it should give you the option of going back to that section and not ju

I have been using turbo tax for over 15 years now. Just love it. Better than going to a tax person. Questions are asked and I can pause and look up more information or thinkg about it...
