I buy Turbo Tax each year since I left the business world and retired. I find that each year it is up to date and accurate to the penny. The information that is required is easy to read and easy to load. It is just so simple to use I will continue to buy this product for the rest of my income life.
What's great about it: this is the very best tax expert ever. Its so easy to inter the items requested. Turbo Tax does all the work for you.
What's not so great: Nothing at all

I believe Turbo Tax gets more helpful and user friendly every year! Ilso like the pop-up "help" bubbles when there are any questions or doubts.
What's great about it: Clear and easy step by step walk-through

I've been using TurboTax for a number of years and this was the first time that it was rejected by the IRS. It was a simple mistake and you walked me through it and was resolved in 15 minutes. Thanks!
