Review of TY2012 Turbo Tax

I completed my tax returns in record time. I had some unusual item (for me) the were iffy -- instructions were not in a language that I understand. Also, as mentioned under Cons, I made a typo while entering information from a form 1099-R. It was obvious, both visually and mathematically and should have been caught at the time of income entry. Instead, it was not brought to my attention until I ran a review at the end of the Federal return.
What's great about it: Works well with llittle confusion.
What's not so great: Some typos could have been caught at the time instead of at the review

What's not so great: Need deeper explanations of why you have to pay estimated taxes.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 12 years now. Both my bussiness and personal taxes. Works wonders for Me.
What's great about it: detailed questions help you fill in the blanks
What's not so great: sometimes the description of what goes in the box is hard to understand

Turbo Tax Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for years for my taxes and, occasionally, other family members. I find it very easy to use and switch between forms and the walk me through it mode and exploring on my own.
What's great about it: Like the interfaces for importing data
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Turbo Tax Strikes Again!

I have used Turbo Tax since it first came out. I have Never had any problems installing, using or understanding this software.
Keep up the good work!
What's great about it: It is ALL pro, there is nothing that I found that was CON.
What's not so great: No Cons.

20 years with Turbotax

In the past, I've sold rental property and relied on Premier, but this year all I had were some stock sales, and the regular product sufficed.
Last year, TurboTax had problems installing on my Win7 PC, but the 2012 version was free of such bugs,
I E-filed for the first time. Knock on wood the IRS doesn't glitch.
What's great about it: EZ Install, Known User Interface, Carry Over past history
