Love Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for more than ten years and have been completely satisfied with the process. It is methodical and well organized with easy to follow instructions. The ability to e-file is a great help. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is well organized and the step-by-step directions are clear and easy to follow.
What's not so great: None

What's great about it: walks through the steps easily, pulls appropriate infr from previous returns

Process was easy , however old info from last year hard to remove. A part time job in 2011 not applicable to 2012 and forms insisted on asking info on a non existant job.

Awesome Relief

I am so relieved to use this program. I thought I would have had to pay back a fortune that I cannot afford. Last year I had 11 w2's and worked so hard just to get buy after losing my job in 2008 and out looking for over two years for a job. I was very blessed and I am not lazy. I am56 years old and still hustle. Thank you Turbo Tax!!!!!!!!!!!

I have, in years past, paid literally thousands of dollars to prepare my taxes when I was in business. Even when I had sold my business I continued to use my accountant for my taxes, and he charged me several hundred $ a year just to do my taxes. I learned he was paying he was paying someone to do data entry of the material I collected for him into a computer program that then did my taxes; so.......I decided I could try to do my own data entry and see what happened. it was simple, money saving and I ended up finding extra deductions that way that the accountant had never asked me about. Turns out that if I didnt take him the material, he didnt put it into his computer. Heck, for all i know he was using TurboTax!!!
What's great about it: Easy, guides you through each step
