Excellent Product

Other than the figures out of place, I have no complaints. Users should always print and review their returns before submitting them.
What's great about it: Completed federal and state simultaneously.
What's not so great: Some figures ended up in the wrong place, requiring a thorough review of each supporting form.

Quick and Easy

TurboTax was concise, easily navigable, and intuitive - I have no fear that I have missed anything! Next year I won't put off doing my taxes for so long... TurboTax is a must!
What's great about it: Zipped through in under 15 minutes
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I got lost with deduction for EE Bonds used for Higher Education. Entries did not flow smoothly. Required me to manually change.
What's great about it: Fast Calculations
What's not so great: Confusion on Unusual Deductions

Easy Tax Process

I have used this for several years, and each year it has improved. I enjoy the ability to read simple instructions, clear definitions and the 'help' windows really do help. I will certainly continue using TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy directions to follow, simple process to get through it. Good explanations and definitions. Improves each year.
What's not so great: This time I had no cons.

Easy Peasy

I just did my mother's tax with H&R Block. They were professional, good and very expensive. At age 90, she was more confident in a tax preparer. We, on the other hand, are very happy with Turbo Tax, doing taxes at home, on our schedule, no office visits and most of all saving several hundred dollars just in preparation costs.
What's great about it: Fast, accurate and easy to file. Makes use of previous years to speed up the process.

I like the convenience of Turbo Tax. I can go over details at a comfortable pace.I feel confident Turbo Tax is giving me good guidence with details.
