How Good Is it

If you could add a search button that would take the preparer to a list of all forms by number and or name and give them a choice of going to that selection or a help menu it would help out. I found it hard to to back up to reenter information or to fine out if I had entered the information correctly other than going all the way through say deductions. I all so found it inconvenient to get my wife 's info to come up. How ever, other than that it's a really great program and I wouldn't even think about trying another.
What's great about it: Very quick and easy. Good about asking questions.
What's not so great: If you need to add some by from number or just a general name it can be hard to fine.

My Refund Rocked!

I was pleased with the performance of Turbo Tax and feel that it was worth the investment. This year my family received the biggest refund ever! The program was easy to use and was very comprehensive. This is the forth year we have used Turbo Tax, and I don't see any reason not to use it.
What's great about it: It was comprehensive and it found all of the deductions that applied to me.
What's not so great: Some of the questions were confusing.

With Turbo Tax checking for changes in laws and update it made doing taxes feel current and right. Next year will be even better I believe
What's great about it: Being able to review and correct if necessary info from last year automatically put in this years tax file was helpful

this is my 6th year in a row using turbotax and cant say enough great things about it .IT finds all your money and does it right and processes it fast. i wont trust any other software or tax service.....YAY TURBOTAX!!!!!!!
What's great about it: easy, fast , gps like , thorough
What's not so great: can drag sometimes, some parts can be difficult to ordinary user.

I have been using TurboTax for the last 3 years and absolutely love it. If you ever have a question, you can simply ask someone on line. I had 2 issues that needed clarifying and got responses immediately. It was a tremendous help. TurboTax also load the most recent changes in filing for that year, so you're sure not to miss a thing!
What's great about it: TurboTax walks you through every single deduction to get back your biggest refund!

Still needs work on 1098-T section :(

After writing a comment last year, this was still not fixed. When filing for a full time student, dependent, turbo tax should not even allow the 1098 -T information to be included in the students tax return. It should tell them NOT to include the info on their return. Please fix for future users. It cost me an extra $60 to get it fixed by an accounting firm.
