super-easy and great customer service

I love using Turbo-Tax for my returns! It is always super-easy, and they take me through everything to make sure I get the most deductions possible. I even had to contact customer service this year, and they were super helpful! I would definitely recommend!
What's great about it: fast and simple, excellent customer service
What's not so great: slightly difficult to find how to get back to a certain question, but once I contacted customer service was easily found

Another year of less stress

Have been using Turbo Tax for years. Worked in a CPA office 20 years ago and feel our clients would have been lower in volume if they had today's version of Turbo Tax. It has been always an easy packaged program to follow and I feel confident in my returns (Federal and State) when I file. All areas provide a good feel of professionalism.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions, up-to-date forms, affordable

Fast and Easy

I am retired but I can still easily get my forms submitted and taxes paid and state refund processed. It's easy to pay on a credit card and save the forms. I've used turbo-tax for several years and it is just as easy at it was the current year.
What's great about it: Easy to use and enter data. A lot of data is pulled over from prior returns. Makes it fast and easy to submit.

Quick and Easy

Still always wonder if going to a tax guy would save me more? But I like doing it myself, quick and easy and I always get something back.
What's great about it: Since I had all my paperwork together it took me less than 2 hours from start to fini$h.

What's great about it: Fast, Intuitive and EASY self driven
What's not so great: I have not found any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax walks you through every detail about your taxes. If there are questions, you can get answers via turbo tax or talk with an advisor. I've never had to ask for help - it's that easy!!!
What's great about it: Easy to follow, easy to use. Will definitely recommend to friends!
What's not so great: Can't think of anything negative about Turbo Tax.

I have been using TurboTax every year. The last 3 were the deluxe version. It is worth every penny to purchase the deluxe version as it will help you to get the deductions that you can get without hassle.
What's great about it: Everything in one application.
What's not so great: none
