Always easy to use and accurate

Have used Turbo Tax for many years (10+). It is easy to use the lead thru method or go to the forms section. I always go to the forms section after going thru the lead thru to double check the forms to make sure I did not forget something. I then save a pdf of all forms fo future records.
What's great about it: Almost everything

Confused me this year!

I've used Turbo Tax for years, but found it difficult to use this year. I had a Schedule K-1, and it tried to get me to set up a new self-employed business. I decided to skip it an return later, and it allowed me to enter the info I had been sent for the Schedule K-1. It wasted my time and tried to confuse me when I knew I only had to enter the information for informational purposes. After an update, it forgot where I was in the tax return process. I wasn't sure either, so I had to jump in where I thought I left off, except it was the wrong spot, so I had to go back and delete dependents because they were entered twice and only detected during the error-checking stage.
What's great about it: Generally logical approach to interviewing tax payer.
What's not so great: Easy to go off track with Schedule K-1 and TurboTax lost my place after an update.

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. Each version seems to get easier (or I get smarter). I trust Turbo Tax and recommend it for everyone.
What's great about it: simple, easy to use

Need to handle K1's better. Other than that everything went well.
What's great about it: Great checklists and reminders
What's not so great: K1 with multiple income lines difficult to enter

Love Turbo Tax

I even took up a local tax return company on their offer to review my taxes to see if I missed anything. They reviewed 3 years worth of Turbo Tax returns and found NOTHING!!!
What's great about it: Been using it for years - so easy to use

Life is easier with Turbo Tax. Takes me less time and that equals to more time for what I want to do than what I have to do. I will never go back to paperwork. Yeah!

My Year's With TurboTax

TurboTax coupled with an easy link to my financials is seamless and a joy to use. I heartily recommend it. I will continue to use the company and it's benefits.
What's great about it: With the exception of a few situations last year, TurboTax has been and continues to be a lifesaver for me.
What's not so great: No problems this year, I will continue to use TurboTax
