What's great about it: Love that it gets previous year info as starting point for new year

Road to a refund

My taxes are not complex but that creates a challenge in identifying the maximum deductions we can take. TurboTax walked me through the entire process and even double checked my return for any missing deductions and gave me an audit risk score. The entire process was easy and felt confident and comfortable with my return.

i have been using this program for over 20 years, no complaint whatsoever, I made a mistake once and used another brand ,in the middle of doing my taxes I had to go and buy turbo tax and started my taxes again with confidence.
What's great about it: extreemly easy ,accurate,
What's not so great: i spent some time thinking about anything negative could not find
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for so many years to file my taxes because of the ease of use. I have so many forms to file, and they thoroughly go through each one with me point by point. This program is so worth the money spent to buy it. It make filing for me an easy thing. I highly recommed using this .

I had a small problem which was answered by the technical people and the free tax advisor otherwise the experience was as expected. I have used TT for five years now.

This was my first time filing my taxes all by myself. While it was a simple process, and it LOOKS like I got everything, I'm still a little unsure if everything is there. It's something, at least.
What's great about it: Simple to follow
What's not so great: Not sure if I got everything
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
