Turbo Tax lets me prepare my taxes in a fraction of the time it takes my friends to do theirs...and mine are more accurate!
What's great about it: Arithmetic is always right and forms transfer figures accurately.
What's not so great: Some questions are hard to answer in the interview method.

Turbo tax is very easy to read and understand. I have used turbo tax for a number of years now and will not use anything else.

2012 Tax review

I liked some of older features better such as being able to jump from schedule to schedule or among income/deduction areas more easily. And I liked being able to see comparisons of specific deductions of mine versus others in the same income category.
All in all I think it;s the best program on the market.

What's not so great: Can sometimes be difficult to navigate thru it and ddont like some of your upgrades.

It woudl be nice if you could run several returns in different ways to compare married filing jointly with indivdual.

Hammered with taxes

I have used turbo tax for 10 years and find it very user friendly. I will us it again next year.
What's great about it: easy step by step processing
What's not so great: some of the defaults could not be bypassed easily

Turbo Tax 2012

Other than the problem that I had in finding out why a health insurance deduction had been entered from my 1099R when I had not entered anything and the amount differed from the amount on by 1099R, I had no problems and I do think that Turbo Tax actually saved me money by way of it thorough coverage of deductions.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Detail preparation and Thorough deduction review
What's not so great: One problem with health Insurance on 1099R
