What a relief!! TurboTax took me carefully through all the steps, so helpful with things--simply--that iImight have missed! Will I use them again? You betcha!!

Many years of using Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. The software gets better each year. It asks you for everything and I believe if followed closely, you won't miss anything required to file properly.
What's great about it: It is on your own time..when you feel like it
What's not so great: You have to know a little about income tax

Easily takes you through each section and asks simple questions to see if you qualify for a specific deduction.
What's great about it: Turbotax was extremely user friendly and thorough. Takes you through each section easily to ensure a complete return.
What's not so great: Looking up a specific form that wasn't included in the questions.

2012 Taxes DONE!!!

I have used this software for many years...since you bought it from Parsons Technology. Great program. Really like being able to transfer information from TD Ameritrade, etc. for sale of stock information. We have rental property, and it would be very beneficial to be able to print 1099 forms from this software (Turbotax-Premier), too, rather than having it just on the Turbotax-Business software.
What's great about it: Easy to move around between forms and supporting information.
What's not so great: Drop the "Thank You" letter--just a waste of paper! or at least make it an option to print it..not mandatory.

Whether the return is complicated, me in prior years, or simple like this year turbo tax is easy to use, reliable and accurate.

Since using Turbo Tax I've increased my refunds every year thanks to this program.
