Loved the Experience

Very quick and concise it's the first time I've done a return my self. Very easy.
What's great about it: prompts throughout
What's not so great: After buying CD to have to pay for federal return,
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I used to dred doing my taxes but the software really takes the dred out of it. It's a lot to go through, but it is well organized and i like the import function from last year and espeically into the state. That makes the process go so fast. Over the years i have tried the other products but i am sold on TurboTax and have used it consistenly over the past 2-3 years now.
What's great about it: The software is extremely helpful and very easy to use.

The Only Way To File

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and wouldn't change. I have watched my friends struggle to figure out their taxes and the forms they need. I have also watched them pay an exorbitant fee to a CPA to do their taxes. I am able to do mine at my own pace and the forms I need are provided. Turbo Tax tells me what I need and why I need it. I am able to see the whole picture as I go along. I would recommend Turbo Tax to everyone. Filing taxes is a dreaded job each year but they definitely make it much easier.
What's great about it: It is so easy to use and each year your info is filled in for you from your previous year return.
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I enjoy (as much as i can) having a hands on experience with my taxes and Turbo Tax makes it as painless as possible....I will continue to utilize this tax software...

Love, Love, Love it. At first I was scared to do my own tax return as I'm a novice. My fears were put at ease as Turbo Tax easily led me through the process. All you have to do is answer easy questions as they relate to you and Turbo Tax does the rest. When in doubt, Turbo Tax is loaded with additional help or "Explain This" tabs which provide additional information.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Easy to navigate. Maximizes your return (found deductions I didn't even know about)
What's not so great: None.

Quick and easy

I have been using tax software for a number of years and it continues to be the easiest way to complete the task and feel confidant that you did it correctly. The question section allows you to explore areas that may be of use to you and if needed you can upgrade to the larger database program if you need additional guidance. I was able to purchase the deluxe program and share it with the family with 5 efile slots available. I will continue to use Quicken to keep track of my accounts and TurboTax to compete my tax filing at the end of the year.
What's great about it: I liked the questions that guided you to enter information and the ability to upgrade to the larger database product.
What's not so great: I did not have any complaints
