I think the program should come with a tutorial so that the customers can know exactly how to navigate the product, and also so that they know what the product is capable of doing.
What's great about it: Great product
What's not so great: not as easy to use as advertised

Turbo Tax suggested that I contribute to my IRA. It saved me quite a bit in taxes. The program is comprehensive and I'm confident it it's result.
What's great about it: I walked me through everything important regarding my tax return
What's not so great: Updates everytime I opened the program

easy to use, why go elsewhere?

You can't find an easier way to prepare, review, look at your taxes. Why go elsewhere, you have the info - just do it at your convenience. Never did the guided tour, I just go into the explore, find everything straightforwad, and wham! Done. Why go anywhere else?

Pretty Easy and Helpful

I Have used Turbo tax before (2010), then in 2011 it wasn't available at the store and I used H&R Block. Overall Turbo Tax is easier to use. My only frustration was that I missed a click early on and it took me forever to figure out why i couldn't get the right info in- clergy taxes are more of a pain:)
What's great about it: Efficiency and time saving
What's not so great: as clergy had difficulty finding right way to enter answers
