LOVE this program. 2012 my tax situation changed with a divorce, and I decided that I would try Turbo Tax to see if I could do my taxes myself and save some money. Turbo Tax makes tax season easy and non-stressful! Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Everything was so easy - step by step instructions! This was great, as I have NEVER done my taxes myself.
What's not so great: Can't think of one, Turbo Tax literally does the work with little input fom you

I've been using TurboTax for years and it keeps getting easier and easier to use. This year it was a genuine breeze. I still gather my own documents and enter them individually because I feel more comfortable doing that; otherwise I could easily get my Federal and State taxes filled out and e-filed in just a short time. The state file is a REAL breeze--once the federal tax is finished and details automatically transferred.

I like the graphics. They were clean and neat. I like the walk thru process. Being able to edit all income and deduction items was helpful. The updates were good because I want to make sure it is correct. Most important comment is I wanted to be absolutely sure I did the entry correct since I was doing federal and a state we moved away from and a new state we lived in. So I maybe did not feel so confident about the 2 state process. Some more checks or commentary about this would be useful. I really liked the payment and email process at the end. It was fast and easy.
What's great about it: automatic calculations and walk thrus and graphics
What's not so great: don't like adding in bank account info 2nd time for state return

I have been using TurboTax for as long as I can remember. The product just keeps getting better and better. I can't think of more easy way to navigate through all of the complicated tax laws which can affect my personal situation. It gives me confidence that I have filed a correct return.
What's great about it: Guided me through all of the possible topics pertinent to my sigutaion.
What's not so great: Would prefer a quick way to return to a particular topic.

TT helped me with filing over the past few years. This year I had to pay AMT. The AMT information was not quite adequate like other explanations.

No Rush, No Fuss, I set the pace

I am happy with the program. I am not a CPA or a co0mputer nerd, and I can navigate through the program with ease.
What's great about it: I can come and go while filing, returning where I left off
What's not so great: I always end up paying full retail, even though I hear about money saving coupons.

Always Easy

This is my third year of using turbo tax and I still am very happy with the program. I have many (10 Plus) W-2s a year, and TT makes it very simple to get my maximum return.
What's great about it: Simple to use even with multiple W-2
