It was as easy as ever. You have a great product and it just keeps getting better.
I started with you when your software was 14 floppy disks, so I've seen it all.
What's great about it: Picked up last years info with ease
What's not so great: Need to allow skip of State Tax when you have none

state section on one form was confusing relating to school district. needed more yes or no question, most likely state issue not turbotax. otherwise easy to use.
What's great about it: able to view forms
What's not so great: don't always know if it is worth putting in some deductions due to % of income requirement

Getting better

Skipping to standard deductions should be done without going through the process. I could have finished my taxes in half the time.
Most people know when they can do the standard deduction just by looking at quickens.
What's great about it: Every year it get easier to use
What's not so great: I should be able to skip directly to the Standard Deductions

Tax Filing Made Easy

The step by step guiding through all the tax issues makes getting organized and staying organized much easier. Plus the fact that you can start your return and stop anytime makes it easy to pickup where you left off. The only way to make tax filing easier is not to have to file at all.

Flawless Preparation

The dread of doing my taxes is always greatly reduced by Turbo Tax Deluxe Software. It knows what you need to file and then walks you through it step by step. I always relieved that the program knows what to ask and then gives explanations when I have a question. It is the BEST

Turbo Tax w/State Delux 2012

This is the third year I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe to file. Previously, I took my taxes to H&R Block, but I don't have any big issues and it seemed easy watching them do it. I am a worry wart, but decided to try to do it. I have had no problems with Turbo Tax. I feel good that I have an accurate filing with no worries. There are good explanations, additional help and clear instructions. I am going to continue to use Turbo Tax and recommend it.
What's great about it: Fast, efficient, clear instructions, additional explainations, choice to efile or mail.
What's not so great: I could not get the state download to work and had to wait until the next day to call. Next day, update was waiting.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
