Ehhhh....

This is my first time using Turbotax. I found it terribly buggy and tons of force closes on a windows 7 machine. While the interface is relatively easy to navigate, I tended to get fed up when the application would close; most often it was when it talked to the internet.
What's great about it: Software holds your hand
What's not so great: Buggy, Slow, frequent crashes

Printing difficulty

Turbo Tax has always been quick and easy to use, but this time I can't print either the preview or the document. Never had a problem printing before in all the years I've been using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: quick and easy to follow
What's not so great: Can't print the documents in the format even after following all directions.

I've been using TurboTax for years on end, and I've always been impressed with its ease of use. I feel like I have an electronic CPA helping me.

Once I got started on my taxes, it went pretty quick and using other's questions/answers helped with any questions I had.
I do think there should be a price break or something for repeat customers, like maybe earning a free state e-file after say 2 or 3 yrs of using TurboTax?

What's not so great: Wish repeat customers got a price break.

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 30 years or more. You have never disappointed me in your accuracy and ease of use.
What's great about it: You carry over information from year to year
What's not so great: A few instructions are not clear on first reading.

Smack to the Forehead

Turbotax is a great tool for getting taxes done without anguish! And it helped me to get hundreds more in refund than I would have on my own doing it the old way. I never paid anyone to do my taxes, and now I never will. I am a believer now.
What's great about it: Easy, detailed, safe, saved me money!!
What's not so great: That I didn't use it sooner!!
