Printing a PDF file

I made this mistake on two different fileings printing 27 pages of unreadable forms. A simple warning message wound have been nice.

What's not so great: I reviewed the PDF file and then printed the file . You need to tell the requester that the file is the PDF file .

Turbo Tax Since 1997!

Turbo Tax is the only thing I like about tax season. I tend to enter my info as it comes in and file when I get around to it. With TT, I always know where I am and what I haven't done yet. Turbo Tax keeps me organized even when I'm not.
What's great about it: Always Accurate

Best Retail Product On The Market

I have been doing taxes since they were done on paper. I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have done taxes professionally for one of the store franchises for a few years as well. I liked their program software - it was a little more user friendly but I had to have training to know how to use it. Turbo Tax is by far the best product on the market for the average person who wants to do their taxes and I always recommend it to everyone who wants to do their own taxes. It is easy - it covers every situation I have encountered and it gets the job done! And even for those who don't know tax law, it helps people get money and tax benefits they didn't know about!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate = easy to use

Would recommend Turbo Tax to everyone. Makes tax time less stressful. All you have to do is get all your forms in front and organized in groups of income and deducts and your good to go!
What's great about it: Extremely helpful
What's not so great: Can't think of anything that holds you back from your max refund

Cost of basic program and Federal filing is fine. The cost for State and additional costs for State Filing are excessive.

Finally finished!

For the great majority of the experience, TurboTax was really easy to use. The only problem I have is the severe lack of help when it comes to filing your 1099-k. It just takes you back to the beginning and it becomes a vicious loop that results in premature balding. Other than that, Easy to use and hassle free! I recommend!

I have been doing my taxes myself for years, or had them done at a local big box store. TurboTax was by far the easiest experience I've had in quite some time. The program found deductions I never did, and certainly some our old 'Tax Guy hadn't'. Highly recommend.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, and (Intuit)ive.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
