State filing is frustrating!!!

I love turbo tax 2011, 2012 was way too frustrating with the state filing. Bad enough that I may try something new next year unless they guarantee no glitches with state filing!
What's great about it: everything but the state filing
What's not so great: State filing took you in circles unless you logged out and back in.

I LIKE TURBO TAX. BEATS THE HECK OUT OF STANDING IN LINE & OTHER COMPANIES TO GET THE SAME,OR WORSE RESULTS. USER FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL.. WAY TO GO, YET AGAIN, TURBO TAX!

I have used TurboTax for 20 years. I still like it best.
What's great about it: Ease of use, fills out all the forms
What's not so great: Well you still have to pay to file the big boy way

had problems getting pie number. I was routed to the intuit site for the previous years adjusted gross income and it was blank.
