Easy as pie

I have been filing our returns with turbo tax for about 5 years and love it. Couldn't be easier. All the right questions are asked to make sure you claim all of your income, deductions and credits. You can rest easy that your return has been properly filled out and e-file your returns and have refunds direct deposited to your bank account. It's the best.

Pay, Push or Take...You win with Turbo Tax

I have had several income sources and Turbo Tax not only addresses each one, they explain every step. If you think you're right Turbo will advise either right away or at review. And if you really need to speak with someone, they have that too.
What's great about it: Absolute best explanations on ANY Question
What's not so great: Does not apply in Turbo Tax
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Oh, What a Relief It Is!

We had a complex problem with gold and silver sales. I went into the Turbo Tax chat room and got the best answer I've found. Even my financial advisor couldn't answer my questions.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to understand. The chat room answers were very helpful.
What's not so great: A lilttle difficult to navigate the printing at the end.

Still I paid less this year than last year, but I did have to pay. I think Turbo Tax should give Ideas to cut the tax's for 2013.
What's great about it: I enjoyed the ease of letting Turbo do the calculations
What's not so great: I did not like the lack of detailed information when Turbo asked me to review my work.Tell me why first.

I have always done our taxes. Last year I tried TurboTax for the first time. This year it was very easy to use and I didn't worry that I wasn't current on all of the new regulations. It seems that there were a lot of possible pitfalls. TruboTax helped me to avoid them.
What's great about it: questions were easy to answer

Great software!

Great software that is easy to use. I've been using Turbo tax for many years and see no need to change. It takes me a couple of hours to gather all my info and enter the data and I'm done! Fast and easy and then it's time for a glass of wine!
What's great about it: Easy to use and has a lot of info to help through unknow tax areas
What's not so great: Takes a little long to load up, but there is smooth sailing after that.
