Turbo Tax always works, no glitches or troubles. I have used Turbo tax for 10 years.
What's great about it: No calculator and no non-sense

My mother had been paying professional tax preparers to do her taxes ever since her husband died. I found out I was allowed to do hers using my TurboTax software (apparently up to five). It was nice to be able to do this for her AND more importantly to know that the returns would be accurate, thanks to your software.
What's great about it: Helped me by asking questions about her taxes I wouldn't have known to ask.

Howe 2013 Tax Return

I don't know why people pay big money to have someone do their tax returns. Once you get your data together, Turbo Tax takes it from there.
What's great about it: Punch in the numbers. Mr T. does the rest.
What's not so great: Sometimes not clear how to get back to forms.

Over the years I have come to be very confident that Turbo Tax will get me where I need to go without missing any steps. Definitely improved over time and now a very slick operation.
What's great about it: Solid, straightforward approach.
What's not so great: Can get lost in the weeds, sometimes.

By providing this date before transmitting the return, I would have been able to choose a date for transmitting my payment after this estimated date of acceptance.
What's great about it: Provided all the forms, where and what to send, and when to send
What's not so great: Provide an estimated acceptance date for Federal forms

Great to be working with the pros... leaving me with peace of mind & satisfaction, knowing that I have been able to navigate through the maze of tax law & treat & be treated fairly.
Comparing with the "old days" it is worth the money just to be able to click a button & print the several taxes I do for family & friends, & to be able to punch the keyboard again & have them filed without typing out an envelope & stuffing it, and then knowing that it will be safely, securely, & promptly deposited
