I really like using Turbo Tax because it is simple guided process that leaves me confident in what I am submitting. I love that I can sit down and work on them a little at a time as my tax documents come in the mail.
What's great about it: So easy, on your own time, guide step by step

I have used turbo tax for several years and just love it. I am not any kind of an accountant and am able to fill out and file my returns easily. Your product is great.
What's great about it: questions are easy to follow and explanations are appreciated
What's not so great: too much advertising for additional items

Getting Better!

TurboTax has come a long way, it is very easy to use and the descriptions and comments added as conversation have really helped. I see more automatically populated fields added that used to require manual calculations. Nicely done for 2012!
What's great about it: TurboTax has become very intuitive as it matures.
What's not so great: There were several screens where I was not certain where to go next.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TURBO TAX JUST MAKES LIFE ALOT EASIER AT TAX TIME - NOW THERE IS NO STRESS RELATED TO TAXES BEING ACCURATELY COMPLETED AND FILING WAS A BREEZE.
What's great about it: AS IN THE PAST ASSISTANCE / GUIDANCE AT EVERY STEP
What's not so great: CAN'T THINK OF ANY / DIDN'T COME ACROSS ANY

Tax Relief Year after Year

I have used Turbo Tax for over fifteen years and it has eliminated all the stress I used to feel each tax season. Some years I owned rental properties, through getting married, buying a house, selling a house and now into retirement Turbo Tax has made doing my taxes a quick easy job every year. I can readily help my son with his taxes over the phone with him. And - for me - the best part is that each year the previous years information is transferred to the following year making it that much easier. Thank you Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Best part - If you use Turbo Tax every year a lot of the work is done for you.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
