Should be able to e file state return if not e filing fed return
Should let you delete forms if you find out that you do not need them. Should not have to print blank forms.
Easy to follow directions.

Overall I was very pleased with my tax preparation experience and would recommend Turbo Tax to my friends.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Final review required data on W2 forms which I did not use

Easy Peasy

It has been an easy and fast process. I like how you can do a little here, a little there and start back up where you left off. It is very helpful with explanations and step by step processes.
What's great about it: fast, descriptive, easy to understand
What's not so great: nothing too bad, had a lot of irrelevant information

the program is unbelievable fast at changing totals,refunds and owed tax totals

I have been using Turbo Tax for 15 years and it is terrific. So easy to use. Just walks me through each step and they are done. We always file the long form. We have multiple entries and Turbo Tax always helps me remember what needs to be completed.
What's great about it: easy to navigate
What's not so great: wish the charitable donations were alphabetized.

I've been using TurboTax for many years now. I have confidence that every possible deduction is being considered and suggested. Sometimes they apply, sometimes they don't. However, the ease of use, peace of mind and proven personal track record keep me coming back every year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
