Saved me hours over doing my taxes manually

All in all just an Outstanding product!!! I can't imagine doing my taxes without Turbotax. The only negitive is that after you complete your return, when it is doing the error check review, it finds odd errors, but there is no detailed explanation of the error, the cause, or in some cases the location. So a lot of time is required to track down the information needed to correct the problem. Beyond that small issue this product is simply the best and it best paying tax prep places much more money for lower quality and lower refunds!
What's great about it: Fast, accurate, easy, intuitive
What's not so great: Cut and paste didn't work in most places

Quick, easy and friendly to used

Turbo Tax was much easier to file my tax return then last year!!! "GREAT JOB" Turbo Tax Team.....!!!!
What's great about it: Quick
What's not so great: Easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Want to save a bundle? I saved at least $300 each year using Turbotax vs commercial preparer. Woo Hoo!!!! I would recommend you buy the turbo tax as soon as it is available for the new year and just take your time entering the data. Don't wait to the last minute to file. Also, organize your forms by number (i.e: W2, 1099 etc) or purpose/deductions makes filling form more efficient.
What's great about it: Second year using program, easier this time, it imported all data from last year. Valuable time saver

While TurboTax does have lots of bells and whistles; one of the bad things is the fact that you can not efile a return if you have a loss due to a bad debt which you have to explain separately. I had this happen to me in 2010; paid my fees to Intuit to have my Fed and State e-filed only to fine out that it could not be done. As a result; I had to mail both and lost my $$ fee to T Tax

What's not so great: Does not support all items

I have used Turbo Tax Every Year since the software was first marketed without being disappointed.
What's great about it: Always Kept Current, Easy to Use, Reliable, Accurate Results Every Time
What's not so great: Many Forms To Fill Out & Review (I have a complex return.)

I have used Turbo Tax for several years - even with increasingly complicated returns -- and have always been glad that I did. The software is not very expensive, it is easy to follow, and the direct debit/deposit options mean that when you're done, you're really done.
What's great about it: Love how it takes you step-by-step through everything.
What's not so great: Can't help but wonder how certain things are calculated.

Overall like the software, but not the lack of access to all of the professionals - found getting answers difficult.
What's great about it: I liked that I was walked through the process.
What's not so great: Difficult to get answers on specific questions on deductions.
