Using this software is so easy (step by step with help). I will recommend to anybody doing their taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Some explain this area not clear
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last couple years and will definitely use it again next year. I have recommended it to my mom, daughter, nephew and friends. It's easy to use and guides you each step of the way. And it is much much cheaper than going to someone to do your taxes for you.
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step.

TurboTax Review for 2012 Tax Return

I have taken my taxes to a local "tax expert" for many years and my wife had always done most of his work with our documents. All he really had to do was to drop our numbers into his computer software and it did the work. Financially, it felt as if full charges were applied to our account and I believe they were. I really can't fault the tax man because he did complete and file our taxes, but at triple the cost of TurboTax software. Unless my taxes get messy in the future, I will be looking at TurboTax as my tax software go to.
What's great about it: Easy to follow progression, Can be done by non-tax experts
What's not so great: The hidden charge for state e-filing is not cool

An Awesome Experience

Overall a great experience, again. I've used turbotax off and on for years, occasionally trying other products (TaxCut, online offers) but this software seems to be the easiest to use and most informative. Won't be using any other software again.
What's great about it: Very informative, easy to use, complete confidence
What's not so great: Mortgage Refinancing information was a little lacking, made sense after going through more of the process

I will use TurboTax again if I'm able to do so. It was easy to use. However, I had to use my sister's laptop as the software didn't download onto my MacBook.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: The software didn't work on my Macbook

What's great about it: love the ability to do charitable donations on "its deductible"
What's not so great: hard time printing at end , wants to reviewbefore print then nothing
