Simple, easy and quick

The layout and method using a standard computer makes the average user confortable. I like the way the "Refund" is tallied in a top window as you progress step-by-step. Using TurboTAX has made a slightly complicated tax filing very easy and quick. Also, it is very nice not having to re-enter information that has been entered on previous year forms...very nice and time saving.
What's great about it: Very simple for the novice self tax preparer
What's not so great: Do not attempt to sell other products during preparation

After using a tax preparer for the past 6 years due to complicated overseas taxing issues, it was a pleasure to return to TurboTax.
What's great about it: System guided me through each step. Liked the review process. E-filing made ez.

Turbo Tax for CRR

Easy to use, especially if you used it in the previous years.
What's great about it: Easy to Use and personal data is saved for use next year.
What's not so great: None

Pretty Darnd Good!

I've been using Turbo Tax for probably 20 years and love it! I love that I can choose the interview process or just go to the parts of the return that I know I need to fill out.
My only "con" is that, for example, to update my business mileage, I have to re-answer a bunch of questions just to get to the one page I need. Not a big deal, but just thought I would mention it to the powers the be.
Otherwise, I am one happy camper!
What's great about it: Great interview process; love having a "back" button!
What's not so great: Having to go through pages to get to one certain item
